• Has undergone years of training in an accredited institution sanctioned by the Philippine Association of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgeons to acquire the knowledge and skills of Plastic Surgery
• Has passed a rigorous written and oral examination given by the specialty board recognized by the Association
• Has met the standards of ethical practice set by the Association
